How will I receive my photos?
I deliver my galleries digitally through Pixieset. You will receive an email with instructions to access your images.
Will you release raw unedited files?
No. Each image I take is a reflection of my work. Therefore, I select and edit only the highest quality images taken during your session and those will be the only images you receive.
Can I book 'event' package for my wedding?
No. Any weddings must be booked under their respective package.
Please reach out and we can create a package that fits your wedding day needs.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes! There will be fees associated with destination weddings. Every location is different so please get in touch to learn more.
Can I Split up my wedding day coverage?
No. For example, You may not have me come from 1pm-2pm then come back from 4pm-5pm. Wedding Day Coverage is Continuous.
What if my wedding day is over 8 hours?
Additional wedding day coverage can be discussed. Please reach out and we can customize a package to fit your needs,
Will there be a second shooter?
A second shooter may be accommodated only into wedding packages for additional fees and is subject to availability.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
No. If plans change and you are wishing to add extra time into your session this can be accommodated as little as 24 hours in advance.
How many family members are included in the price?
I understand some families may be larger than others. With that being said I account for maximum 5 family members in my packages. Should your family exceed 5 individuals, a fee of $10.00 per extra member will be added into the overall package price.
What if my child doesn't cooperate?
As a mother myself, I understand littles have their bad days. I have a few tricks up my sleeve to encourage the littles to want to take photos. If all else fails I may offer a rescheduled date. This is circumstantial and may only be offered to clients who arrive to their sessions. *A no show will still fall under the "cancellation" portion of my contract regardless of child cooperation.
What are my payment options?
Currently I am accepting payments using SQUARE (*Additional fees apply) or Zelle for initial retainer payments. Remaining balances may be paid in Cash on the day of your session or through original payment method.
When will I receive my photos?
Currently my turn around time for standard galleries are 14-21 days.
For Wedding and Events can vary from 21-42 days.
